I have worked within Social care for nearly 14 years, 12 of those within management. Over this time I feel I developed new skills and embraced change. Having gained extensive experience as a leader
and a manager I now feel fully confident to undertake the role of Head of Operations in Care4u WE.
I am a highly motivated skilled manager with extensive experience gained in a field of social care/
housing. Through this experience I have gained knowledge and skills which enable me to be a high-
quality deliver in my work. With excellent interpersonal skills which allows me to deliver a high
standard of effort in my employment

Hobbies and Interest

I enjoy spending time outside of work with my family and friends.
I am keen on sport and have played rugby for most of my life. I am getting on a bit now and I like to
keep update on all sport fixtures and results.
Coming from wales I enjoy getting out into the countryside and exploring.

I am passionate about supporting individuals and ensuring all individuals within the service are able to strive for achievable outcomes, with growth and development of the services and the individuals.
I am keen to ensure that I work for a quality initiative and developing company and services which
drives forward positive changes to the way young people and adults care is delivered to individuals
now and in the future.
