Care4uwe is a specialist independent provider of 24-hour care and supported accommodation for individuals aged 16-65 years old.

Care4uwe specialize in high quality, bespoke services for individuals in the form of individual or shared living; community-based services for people with a broad spectrum of needs.

A multi-disciplinary team approach is taken using person-centered planning to support everyone. Our aim is to maximize the potential of individuals, care and support them to develop the resilience and life skills necessary to maintain their own tenancy and have a successful future beyond Care4uwe intervention.

Care4uwe value the individual unique profile of the individuals we support. Our aim is to work in collaboration with the person supported to create person centered goals; these will be aspirational and align with what independence truly looks like for the individual.

The people we support are placed at the heart of everything we do and are fully involved in their own support. We see it as essential that people can choose their desired level of involvement in the design and implementation of their own support plans.

Our Head Office is located on the boarder of Reading and Wokingham. Our location allows us to have flexibility which allows us to be able to offer services throughout the south of England.

We can offer support and care services within all local areas which offer different models of support and care for the individuals that need it.

Care4uwe strive to be honest and realistic about the difficulties and barriers individuals face and aim to support them with these. We ensure that the young person feels listened to and valued and connected with their care provision.
