Lindsay had worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years, including 12 years in management across various settings, from home care to residential and supported living. Throughout her career, she has developed strong skills in listening, problem-solving, and approachability, believing she learns something new every day from her customers. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening when the sun shines, and visiting her family in Wales for coastal walks.
